Greetings from Judy: ROUND DANCE LESSONS
Hi,
Wanted to send a note to everyone to let you know I am trying to get a basic Round Dance class started on Mondays from 1 to 2pm at South Norfolk Community center. I have a couple of people interested to take lessons but I really don’t want to start a class until I have at least 5 couples. If you know of anyone who would be interested in learning how to dance could you let them know about our classes and have them e-mail or call me? Since I’m sending this e-mail to everyone, some of you already are wonderful round dancers and don’t need the basics, then there are some of you who know a little of the basics and this could be a great time to practice those basics, and of course some of you are retired from Round dancing but could pass this information along to their friends and neighbors and then there are some of you who haven’t tried the round dancing yet. Anyway, your help is most appreciated to get the word out.
Also for those of you who know of anyone dancing the more advanced level of Round dancing, we are trying to get a class together from 10am to 12 noon for dancers that want more of a challenge. We have some interested in that also.

Yes Virginia, there really is Plus Dancing at DSL Promotions Party At Pipestem
Recently, we heard a rumor that the Plus Dancing at this year’s Party At Pipestem had been cancelled.Nothing could be further from the truth. We have over six squares attending and have absolutely no intention of cancelling that or any other facet, of our very popular weekend.
We think we know how this rumor got started, but we will not publicly speculate about that at this juncture. This missive should put the rumor to rest – permanently.
However, now that I have your attention, this is the perfect time to let you know that we do have a couple of rooms available. These rooms have just opened up due to unusual circumstances and we would like to fill them with some of your friends. Please let some dancers who are not signed up for this extraordinarily popular weekend know that there is limited space available. This is the perfect opportunity to enhance your fun by having some fellow dancers attend and share in the festivities. Just have them contact us at any of the numbers or email shown below.
